Refund policy
At Miss Asonia’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer an exchange-only policy, which means all requests for exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be new, unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
Important: Sale items, including final sale wigs, are not eligible for exchanges. Customization services, such as color, cut, or wash, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In-person deposits for appointments are also non-refundable.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@missasoniaswigs.com or call 954-405-5019 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges will not be processed without an RMA number.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@missasoniaswigs.com or 954-405-5019. We will evaluate the issue and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or incorrect product.
